OUTDOOR 45 is an effective training in the open air, you will work on improving your strength and fitness in a fun and result-oriented way.
All training sessions start with an extensive warm-up, then you do a full body workout, then the class ends with a good cool-down. The exact content of the lessons is always different, our trainers let their creativity loose and offer you something new every week!
We offer an 45 minute training with weights, kettlebells, battlerope, resistance bands and TRX included! This workout is a mix of bodyweight, HIIT and Strength training and will challenge your body in ways you’ve never tried — for results you never thought possible.
