BOOTY 45

The class is designed for those who want half an hour focused on the glutes. We begin with 15min of glute work standing on and beside the machine for a cardio blast to start. The remainder of the class is laying down focusing on one side of the glutes then the other.

Expect bodybuilding style routines that will specifically target and shred the LOWER BODY muscles stimulating them to grow bigger and stronger. By isolating big muscle groups like your glutes, quads, and hamstrings you will stimulate your body’s metabolism to burn more fat.

OUTDOOR 45

OUTDOOR 45 is an effective training in the open air, you will work on improving your strength and fitness in a fun and result-oriented way.

All training sessions start with an extensive warm-up, then you do a full body workout, then the class ends with a good cool-down. The exact content of the lessons is always different, our trainers let their creativity loose and offer you something new every week!

We offer an 45 minute training with weights, kettlebells, battlerope, resistance bands and TRX included! This workout is a mix of bodyweight, HIIT and Strength training and will challenge your body in ways you’ve never tried — for results you never thought possible.

We have separate areas for cardio, strength training and free training. Get started independently or with one of our personal trainers. Amongst all the lifting, squatting, jumping and sprinting, we also put focus on what holds that all together – your core. Building up those foundations is key to overall fitness gains and you will always find core movements witin our circuits.
