CYCLE 45

A spin class unlike any other. Lose yourself in our dark-lit studio, surrounded by epic beats that lift you higher with each pulse and pedal. Smash your way through the intervals and sprints, inspired by motivational coaching from our rock star instructors. Strengthen your full body and burn maximum calories, as you groove to the rhythm and ride the energy of the pack.

Spin to the latest beats in this unique group cycling class. Our studio is designed with special light effects and video projections, which makes this high-intensity class an incredible experience.

STRENGTH 45

Enter our most gruelling workout and prepare to be mentally + physically challenged. Expect quick fire rounds of high-powered treadmill sessions, dynamic weight sequences and a whole lot of endorphins.

Each session you’ll burn hard in endurance and speed treadmill training, and the use of weights to suit your level, designed to mould your body and break barriers. It’s an experience that will challenge, inspire, and push you to exertion that you never thought was possible.

YOGA 60

Leave your stress at the door; this class is between you, your mat and your mind. Our powerful and vigorous flow sequences will challenge every muscle, building your strength and flexibility. Ballet barre workout

Come and have a look in our modern fitness and gym. With the best equipment from Technogym and climate control we ensure a comfortable workout. We have separate areas for cardio, strength training and free training. Get started independently or with one of our personal trainers. Join the indoor HIIT workouts, join the outdoor bootcamp or boxing classes.

BOOTY 30

The class is designed for those who want half an hour focused on the glutes. We begin with 15min of glute work standing on and beside the machine for a cardio blast to start. The remainder of the class is laying down focusing on one side of the glutes then the other.

Expect bodybuilding style routines that will specifically target and shred the LOWER BODY muscles stimulating them to grow bigger and stronger. By isolating big muscle groups like your glutes, quads, and hamstrings you will stimulate your body’s metabolism to burn more fat.

CORE 15

Amongst all the lifting, squatting, jumping and sprinting, we also put focus on what holds that all together – your core. Building up those foundations is key to overall fitness gains and you will always find core movements witin our circuits. What a planker…
